The F# Phrygian has the same notes as the E dorian. The difference is just a mindset (and what you percieve to be the root) :)

If you want to hear the tune that I basically ripped off to make the BT, just listen to 'Marching Out' by Yngwie Malmsteen. It should give you some solo ideas too (maybe)
