Try dividing things into quarters, or by half and by half again to get the numbers within reach.
260~2 = 130
130~2 = 65

60~2 = 30
30~2 = 15

15 goes into 65 = 4 times

15x4 = 60

remainder 5

5~15= .33333

Answer 4.33333
