I have a marshall 50dfx. It's a nice amp, but I had to upgrade after not too long. If you are playing in a band, or want to, it wont end up being loud enough in my opinion. How long have you been playing? Because for me, it was the perfect transition from my 15 watt peavey to my fender deville (which I adore) It sounds very good for the price, but you probably want to stay away from the built in distortion if you end up buying it.
