First off, the cops don't work for your landlord. He can't have them 'watching' you. He could have called in a 'tip' or something but he can't call them and ask them to watch you. That's total Bravo Sierra. Sounds like he found out you're not on the lease so he wants you out. If he intimidates you, you'll go without issue. You have to watch though that your sisters lease doesn't have provisions about non-lease holders in her apartment. Would hate to see him have cause to boot her. Get a copy of your sisters lease and take a look.

Good idea to call a lawyer. I might not move per se today, but you and your Pop may want to stay with friends for a day or so until you can get counsel.
