Thats not too good of an idea, you WILL mess up your intonation that way, you have to re-set it every time you change gauges for the best possible action (especially on a Floyd). Also, changing guages can mess up your guitar's neck if done too much, because evey time you change string gauges, you're changing the amount of tension on the neck. Putting 3 high e strings on a guitar will most definitely have some very bad side effects after a while, like neck warping.
