Just went to the show on Monday which featured bands such as: Behemoth, Black Dhalia Murder, Gwar (crazy guys, they are), Cannibal Corpse, Trivium, In Flames, As i Lay Dying. It was a great show really. Black Dhalia Murder was better than expected. Trivium, i think, needs some refining to their live performances. But In Flames & As I Lay Dying (the last 2 to play) really stole the show! I'd never seen either of them live. Both bands played extremely well live. In Flames really are seasoned veterans and AILD just straight up killed. The kick drums felt like getting punched in the stomach! Just thought I'd share...

B.D.M. is awsome, and their live shows kick a**. When I saw them, while waiting for the rest of the band to tune up, one of the guitarists started doing sweeps and that put the biggest smirk on my face.

I've seen videos of Gwar and heard they're music. Horrible band IMHO. I'd be pissed if I got drenched with fake blood.

I would've welcomed getting drenched...the heat index that day was 107 degrees and the concert was almost 9 hours long!

Black Dahlia Murder wasn't getting much love from the fans...i noticed that with a bunch of the bands...Id never really been to a metal show in Maryland before, only at school in Phoenix. Tha metal scene is huge there so it was a little it of a let down. Oh well
