Tommy is an amazing guitarist - mostly plays accoustic fingerstyle now, and is probably the best guitarist I have seen live.
His best CD in my opinion is Endless Road. If yo can get his live DVD it is awesome. You can see plenty of clips of him on youtube.com with one of the best being this one
