That **** contains silicone! Don't [u]ever[/u] use silicone products on a guitar!

Once a guitar shop has been contaminated with silicone, its almost impossible to get rid of, and it will flat-out [u]ruin[/u] any paint work that gets done there.

Never, never, never use car wax, or furniture polish on a guitar.

Ever!

Use only guitar polish. And if you're foolish enough to inflict buckle scars on your guitar, you deserve to live with the consequences. Wear your belt with the buckle off to the side.
