I was just listening to Super Colossal, and took a quick glance at the tab. I was wondering which scale/modes he used in the song. I'd like to know because I NEED to have some freedom to improvise. My guess so far is the c#/Db Dorian. Any suggestions? It seems to fit but I'm not too sure.

The theme is just the pentatonic scale from the sound of it.

hmm...That makes sense, considering the 1st pos. of the Db Dorian Scale Contains the Pentatonic box shape position. And my stupid self forgot to check to chord progression! oops...
