I've played all kinds of guitars of all prices, brands, and styles but the only guitars i own and play are Fender Stratocasters. I love thick necks, and not those thin tiny things on other guitars. They get a sweet clean sound, and if you use a tube screamer in the special way, you can get it to sound somewhat like a thick humbucker. Some people say that strats are hard to play, and they are to some extent, but I like a challenge. Not too mention if you can play a "Hard" strat well, imagine how you can play on other guitars!
