Hazards to your health?

So I was cleaning up after jamming, right. I was rolling up my cord in my usual manner when BAM! an end caught me in the right testicle. :eek: As I was wearing thin pajama pants it was the worst pain I've felt in a while.

LMFAO! I'm sure it hurt like hell but man that is FUNNY!

It didn't hit hard just in the wrong nerve, it nearly buckled my knees man.

I know what you mean man. I feel your pain. Well, actually I don't at the moment and I'm gratefull. :D

I wouldn't get caught dead in that. If they wanted to dress me up in it after someone found me it'd be ok though.

AARRGGG!!!! Such an unbelievable pain it is, eh? Like when people go 'I barely hit you' and you're like :mad: .

It was one of those lightening strikes where the pain comes and goes in a second but you remember it forever.

Oh man thats gotta hurt! The other day I was playing paintball with some friends and I got shot in the left testicle, the worst thing I ever felt. I was mid-stride, and fell on my face when I got shot it hurt so bad. I felt sick the rest of the day. :(

EEEWWWWWW! I got shot in the neck once, a cheap-ass shot after the game when masks were off! Gotta love friends! ...But your left nut :eek:

Hm... reminds me of a funny story!! I played on a semi-pro baseball team the summer before I went to college to play... and our starting pitcher was throwing around 93 miles per hour... our starting catcher caught one of his fastballs that bounced off the plate right between his legs... needless to say he left the game... The very next pitch... the back up catcher took a foul tip directly to the nuts... so we had to bring our left fielder in to finish the game at catcher... haha!!! I was rolling around on the ground at shortstop... I have a ton of nut shot stories from playing baseball for as many years as I have... I once threw a guy out at first after the ball ricocheted off the third basemans cup.... haha...

HAHA! YES! I've hit a catacher's nuts pitching. Also, last season, one of my friends tipped a foul right into the ump's gonads.

Talking about injured nuts... I have to mention this one, unrelated to guitar injuries but anyway... A few years ago I was training in a martial arts dojo and we were doing stick fighting. One of the exercises involved both guys holding a stick and trying to wrestle the other to the ground without letting go. Anyway, this one guy threw another lad threw the air and he let go of the stick which by some freak of nature ended standing up at a 90 degree angle for the split second that the lad in the air fell to earth and landed right on top of it. The guy fell over, flopped around on the ground for a while like a fish out of water then decided to sit things out thinking he had just gotten the worst kick in the balls ever... It was only when he decided to investigate the family jewels that he realised the stick had gone through the beenbag and exited through his side (before slipping out when he hit the ground).... Luckily for him the stick missed all the important bits and he made a speedy recovery but that has to be one of the worst busted bollox story of all time. I just cant help bringing that one up anytime I hear a "knock in the nuts" story:-) Count yourself lucky!!

Thats pretty hardcore... Has anyone seen the video of the pole vaulter that comes down on his stick in mid air... its hilarious... but at the same time very painful to watch... I tried to find a link but I'm wrapping things up here at the office so I didn't have time to find one...

I've seen that one, aschleman. It truly is painful to watch.

I've my own story to share... I was at a friend's house and there were about 3 people in the room at the time, myself included. I'd started a trend by takign a tape measure and seeing if I could extend it to the ceiling which soon turned into a competition to see who could get it there first. Go figure the 6' 7" guy won. So afterwards we started seeing if we could touch walls, posters, and anything else with it from a given point. After that ended we decided to see who could hit who harder in the knee with the tape measure. So it was my turn to take it to the knee and the thing flies out of his hand, zips right by my knee and flies right into the goal. I must say that was quite possibly the worst blow I've ever taken there. A couple weeks later I was back and it was the same people and a fourth person. The one that threw the tape at me and I ended up getting into a friendly fight which came to halt when he threw a punch and it went straight into the given spot again. Seriously... I start to get nervous now when I go over there... and I'm going back tomorrow.

this kid i know has PERFECT aim when it comes to kicking in the balls. and he does it HARD. ive gotten nailed like 5 times by the kid.

its so bad. cuz' its one of those pains that at first it just kinda hurts, but then it starts spreading out and getting worse. and at first impact you know its coming. :mad:

you know it starts down there and moves everywhere else. it spreads to your stomach and makes ya want to puke. :eek:
