Amp. settings

I have a tiny Ibanez 15R toneblaster, so i know i can't get the exact sound that Eric Johnson's guitar has when playing cliffs of dover, but can anyone atleast tell me what amp settings i should use so it sounds almost like that song? I'm not even sure if the "middle" should be set to the right or left (+ or -) :confused:

Btw, should i use the neck,middle or bridge pickup(s)?
