As a guess, you can start on the root note A and work through the minor scale (Aeolian) starting from the 3rd scale degree and extending that up a couple of extra notes back to A (playing a F# Aeolian scale starting a couple of notes in).
The other modes are built on the scale degrees of the A major scale in the example you give. If you clarify your question, you'll probably get a more accurate response....
