Stay with it, it gets better in time. The craving will eventually go away !!

Hang in there! I quit cold (for the zillionth time) after about 30 years. I was down to 5 or 6 a day, and even that was hard to stop completely. You'll know you're gonna make it when you get your sense of smell back. I'm convinced that no-one would smoke if they realized just how bad it stinks.

Best of luck to you.

It was hard for me to get my head round the idea that I was never going to have another one. Once I had that one down it got better.

Also knowing that the waves of craving do go away, they don't last for ever also helped. I still get the odd craving now however I know I wont as 1) It would make me as sick as a dog and 2) I really don't want to. Im buggered if Im going through all that quitting malarky ever again !

Anyway I get to sit in my studio today for 5 hours straight teaching and that has proven to be tough, last week thurs, fri, sat. when I taught I thought I was going to start to kill the ones that did not practice. lol But I made it through that......I believe i'm rambling again. LMAO!!! Tchuss!
