[font=trebuchet ms]1969 Yamaha SG5A "Flying Samurai"

I tried one out in a shop back in the day. It plays well, and it sounds OK. But the best place to be when you're in the same room as this butt-ugly axe, is playing it. That way you don't really see just how gut-twisting ugly it is.[/font] :p
