Ok here's a theory question. I think I might know what modes are, but I can't explain them and I may be wrong, so I'd be much abliged if someone could spell them out for me (I've seen many definitions but I can't quite seem to make sense of them). Also, if anyone has any entire fretboard patterns (like the ones for the pentatonic scales, those are awesome and helped me learn the entire fretboard quick) for any scale (currently I only know the pentatonic) that would be a great help too.
