i dont suppose any knows any websites with help on playing trills -

i ain't played guitar in a while - i think i'm losing my touch :(

and anyone thats got any tips on getting fast again - i'm having a
lot of trouble getting my speed up again...

?

About the trills and speed, the only thing that can help there is practice, and lots of it...
